Question #1: What information do you need to approve my motorhome for a visit to Deer Creek?
Answer #1: All qualifying motorhomes must be Class A or Super C with a minimum length of 34 feet. Approval of Super C coaches will require online submission of photos to help us determine if they blend in with the Class A coaches (height, width, wheel size, etc.). Approval of all coaches older than 12 years will also require online submission of photos to help us determine if they are still in excellent condition. As soon as you have booked your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to an online form for submitting information about your coach. If you are required to submit photos, we will quickly review those and let you know if you are approved (normally within a few hours after submission).
Question #2: Which lot is best to be on?
Answer #2: All lots have unique features and views, and there are three rental price tiers. Please refer to the lot descriptions and photos to see which site best matches your needs.
Question #3: How are phone and internet services at Deer Creek?
Answer #3: For cellular phones and data plans, Verizon provides good coverage throughout the resort, but AT&T unfortunately does not. DCMR has recently upgraded its Wi-Fi service and now provides DeerCreekWiFi guest access throughout the resort. Some lots offer guest Wi-Fi access via the lot owner’s individual router and service provider, and this secure high-speed service (suitable for video streaming) is mentioned in the lot description when available. Cable TV is not provided at the resort.

Question #7: What are the 2025 Holiday Season and Peak Season periods for Deer Creek?
Answer #7: Holiday Seasons are the weeks that include Memorial Day (May 22-28), Independence Day (Jun 28 – Jul 6), and Labor Day (Aug 28 – Sep 3). Peak Seasons are Summer Peak (Jul 17 – Aug 13) and Fall Peak (Oct 2-22).
Question #8: When is the earliest I can make a reservation for the 2025 season?
Answer #8: Our online reservation system for the 2025 season becomes active at 10 am (EST) on Sunday, Dec 1, 2024.
