This lot is on the outside perimeter of the resort and has a beautiful wooded area and a large yard. It also has a view and access to our par 3 golf course — simply walk off your lot and play any time (there is no additional charge or tee time required). You can enjoy the covered front porch seating area as well as the covered kitchen area. The outdoor kitchen offers use of a sink, bar (with 4 bar stools), lots of counter space for prep and serving, and a table for dining under an umbrella. This spacious lot can accommodate up to a 45’ coach, vehicles, a motorcycle, etc. We are pet-friendly.

For Rent: You will be welcomed to Deer Creek Motorcoach Resort by our owner volunteer Ambassadors who will contact you in advance of your arrival, welcome you, and help get you settled in.
This beautiful, large corner lot, completed in 2022, sits on .211 acres and provides a view of a working farm. You will have no problem parking your coach on our level pull-in concrete pad that easily accommodates a 45’ coach and two additional vehicles. Full hookups include 50/30/20 amp service, fresh water, and sewer. A covered outdoor kitchen is located just outside your coach door. The kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator, a large sink, a convection oven/microwave, side burners, and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the large bar that seats four and an outdoor TV for watching your favorite sports teams or streaming movies using our dedicated WiFi connection.
The outdoor patio areas feature a table and chairs with two adjustable umbrellas to shade you during the day. Nights are peaceful and a great time to enjoy the stars and our 37-inch propane fire pit, surrounded by rocker benches and chairs. Settle back and roast marshmallows, and share stories about your area travels and activities.
Enjoy our adjacent 9-hole par 3 golf course, large Dog Park, take peaceful walks throughout the resort, visit with our wonderful neighbors, and make new friends.
