Who We Are
We are the only Class A motorhome resort in the state of Virginia, managed and maintained by the owners of 69 individual properties. Most lots are spacious and landscaped, many equipped with cabins and outdoor kitchens/bars, and all with full hookups (50 amp electric, water, sewer) and free wireless internet access. At 3000 feet elevation, our owners and their guests enjoy crisp mountain air and the surrounding mountain scenery.
Our Clubhouse
Overlooking the resort is the Clubhouse, a hub for informal gatherings, social events, classes, meetings, and entertainment. Completely rebuilt during 2022-23, the new Clubhouse has 3850 square feet of covered outdoor and indoor space outfitted for cooking and dining, a fitness center, and a laundry facility (machines available for use in Spring 2024).

Things to See and Do
Golf!
Our well-maintained 9-hole par 3 course is harder than it looks, and it’s free for all visitors to play. Please note: Greens were aerated in mid-April and course will be fully open for golf on May 1, 2024.
